Digital delivery policy

What arrives, when, and how

Last updated: 11 August 2026
Plain-language commitment

These rules explain the practical position. They do not remove any right or remedy that South African law gives you.

1. Payment verification comes first

No product is released merely because it appears in a basket, the browser returns from PayFast or a customer sends a screenshot. The server must verify PayFast’s signed payment notification, source, merchant, order reference and amount before delivery becomes available.

2. Ready-made digital products

A sale-ready digital product is released through the verified order page after payment confirmation. The order page identifies the files included and their delivery status. No physical shipping charge applies.

3. Protected access

Digital delivery uses an order-specific protected link, normally available for seven days and limited to five downloads per file. Product files remain in private storage and are not published at a permanent anonymous URL. A link may be reissued after reasonable buyer and order verification where a legitimate customer could not use it in time.

4. Tailored services

A booking or deposit does not mean an instant final document. The customer will receive a scope-confirmation step, evidence request and agreed work programme. Delivery time starts when the required brief, documents, access, approvals and agreed payment are received. The written scope controls where it differs from a general website estimate.

5. File problems

If a delivered file is corrupt, incomplete, infected, the wrong version or materially different from the confirmed description, contact us promptly with the order reference and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide a corrected copy, replacement, re-performance or other remedy required by law.

6. Customer environment

The product description will state common software or format requirements. The customer is responsible for ordinary device, software and internet access unless installation or conversion is expressly included. We will not knowingly sell a format as compatible where it is not.
