Website and sale terms
Clear rules before money moves
Last updated: 11 August 2026These rules explain the practical position. They do not remove any right or remedy that South African law gives you.
1. Operator and contact details
The SMME Command Centre website and assisted service desk are operated by Mobosa Holding Investments (Pty) Ltd t/a SMME Command Centre from 121 Clarence Road, Essenwood, Durban, 4001. Contact: glprosonline@gmail.com and +27 82 968 1572. Prices are displayed in South African rand.
2. Ordering and acceptance
Adding an item to the basket does not itself create a sale or reserve service capacity. The buyer must confirm the order details, provide the required contact information, accept the applicable notices and complete payment through PayFast. A browser return screen is not proof of payment. We accept the order only after PayFast’s signed server notification has been verified against the order, amount and authorised merchant account.
3. Product descriptions and prices
We aim to describe the scope, format, price and delivery model plainly. A ready-made digital product is supplied in the stated format. A tailored service depends on the agreed brief, evidence, exclusions, turnaround time and professional inputs. An obvious error may be corrected before an order is accepted; we will not substitute a different price or scope after acceptance without your agreement.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate, lawful instructions and hold the right to share documents submitted for work. Do not provide false records, unlawfully obtained personal information, passwords, PINs, one-time passwords or banking login credentials. We may refuse work that requires invented evidence, unlawful conduct or a professional sign-off we are not authorised to give.
5. Digital-product licence
Unless a product says otherwise, a paid buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the product for the buyer’s own business. The buyer may not resell, publish, distribute or upload the template as a competing product, nor remove rights notices in order to claim authorship. A bespoke assignment may have different intellectual-property terms stated in its written scope.
6. Professional boundaries
Templates and administrative assistance do not replace legal, tax, accounting, engineering, health-and-safety or other regulated professional advice or certification. Where a specialist sign-off is required, that requirement and any third-party fee must be stated before the relevant work proceeds.
7. Payment and fraud prevention
Card and supported electronic payments are processed on PayFast by Network’s secure payment page. Payment success shown in a browser is not sufficient: the server must receive and verify PayFast’s signed Instant Transaction Notification, source, server response, merchant identity and order amount before an order is marked paid or a file is released. We do not receive or store card numbers, PINs, online-banking passwords or one-time passwords and will never ask a buyer to send them.
8. Acceptable use and security
You may not probe, bypass or interfere with site authentication, APIs, storage, checkout, rate limits or another customer’s information. Owner and administrative functions are restricted. We may suspend access or preserve evidence where misuse, fraud or a security incident is reasonably suspected.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
We are responsible for supplying goods and services with the quality and care required by applicable South African law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, neither party is liable for remote or indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
10. Governing law and complaints
South African law applies. Contact us first with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. Eligible consumer disputes may be escalated to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or another body with jurisdiction after the supplier complaint process has been attempted.
